Daniel Tate is a certified firefighter and paramedic. He graduated from Barry University with a B.A. in Public Administration. He currently volunteers as a coach teaching local kids wrestling, and also enjoys Jiu Jitsu, fishing, and other sporting activities. Words that best describe Daniel are passionate, trustworthy, and committed.

Chari Tate earned her Ph.D. in Psychology and has published peer review studies on multilingualism and cognition. Chari can best be described as trustworthy, persistent, and analytical and is fluent in Spanish.

Daniel takes the lead in assisting veterans and first-time home buyers become acquainted with home buying process, while Chari follows through with extensive property marketing, coordinating transactions, and keeping everyone up-to-date on the latest progress.
